At Mane, we want you to love your hair care routine, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns on products that don't meet your expectations. Items must be in their original packaging and at least 75% full to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box if possible, ensuring all lids are tightly sealed to prevent leakage during transit.

  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Review & Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
